I'm shutting down my Tor node. I'm doing this because my ISP (Axtel) for some unknown reason (for them) can't fix an issue with the Zhone gateway device. This is affecting the way the Tor node works and if I can't offer a stable connection the best I can do is to shutdown the node. This does not make me happy but at least I could share some bandwith and I want to believe that people who really needed was able to use it. For the history, this is the graph: What's next?  Test the MinnowBoard MAX with Android / OpenBSD / FreeBSD / NetBSD / etc.  If you wonder what the issue is with the Zhone device, it keeps the dhcp address for all the connected devices but there's no connection to the Internet. La primera distribución de Linux que tuve fue Slackware, no recuerdo la versión pero venía en un libro de la editorial "Que". Después tuve la oportunidad de tener en mis manos un cd de Red Hat Linux 5.0 y desde entonces hasta hoy, he ido probando varias distribuciones. Deje de usar Red Hat por la cuestion de las dependencias al instalar "rpm's", después decidí usar durante un tiempo Debian, pero por alguna razón no me sentía cómodo y cambie el rumbo a los BSD's. Estuve usando OpenBSD y Red Hat/Fedora con la actual laptop que tengo (Toshiba 5105-S607) y después estuve con Slackware durante un buen tiempo. Posteriormente regrese a Debian por cuestiones laborales y en esta ocasión me agrado mucho más. Ya con anterioridad, había visto a Debian en conjunto con WindowMaker en una laptop que tenía Gunnar Wolf , lo cual se me hizo excelente, tener la oportunidad de poder seguir usando hardware que se hacía "obsoleto" con demasiada rapidez. I made a theme for WindowMaker , when I was using OpenBSD a few years ago. I took as base an image from a T-Shirt that belongs to the openbsd site. I modified this file with " The Gimp ". There were three layers so I took the one with the "happy daemon" and the final result is the image you see to the left. I sent this file to a friend (Heinz Holtschmit) so he could plublish it on the openbsd mexican group website but, something happend between some members of our community and "openbsd.org.mx" dissapeared. That was very sad because I knew many friends there but, that's another history. Maybe in the future I'll do something for KDE or Gnome, and for some BSD (Net, Open or Free) or maybe for an specific Linux distribution I don't know yet, it depends on what free operating system I'm going to use in the (near?) future.
